On the first leg of roundtrip flight I used the United app on my Samsung Galaxy S5 and the app worked great including the entertainment. For the return leg I thought I'd check to see if the app worked for Windows and saw it was available so I downloaded it. After opening it up I thought something was wrong with my zoom or text settings because most of the fonts were so tiny but some of them were normal. Even worse, the text is overlapping everywhere. Once I realized this was the app, I tried to find the entertainment portal only to discover it is not available for the Windows version. What the heck is the point of having the app for Windows and telling everyone before the flight to download the app to watch movies when it doesn't work for WINDOWS. Aside from that, an average software intern could have created a better app in a summer than what was produced here. For a major corporation this is a piece of garbage app and worthless. Luckily I can use the one on my tiny screen phone.
