They will be receiving all updates before the general users can access it, so that they can test it and send feedback to Microsoft.

Microsoft has continued to pick up the pace when it comes to the release of ISO files for the upcoming Windows 10 October 2018 update. Following the last set made available last week, Microsoft today has made available the ISO files for Insider build 17744.
Today's release comes less than a week after build 17744 first hit the Insider Slow ring. As per usual, separate files are available to download for the general preview release, Enterprise, and Home China.
